How do I configure my email account?

Supported Clients
Any standard IMAP, POP3, and SMTP client should be able to work with your luongo.io email. If you have a specific client and would like more detailed assistance, just open a ticket or email me.
- Webclient - You can access your luongo.io email from any web browser! This is also the easiest way to change your password or configure your filters.
- Go to this link in any browser https://webmail.luongo.io
- Desktop client - Most desktop clients will properly utilize our auto-configuration file. If you find this not to be the case, compare your settings against the "Manual Configuration" listed below.
- Mobile client - To date most mobile clients (android or iOS) will ignore our auto-configuration file. You will have to manually enter your settings from the "Manual Configuration" listed below.
Manual Configuration
Hostname (this may be IMAP Server, Outgoing Server, etc.): mail.luongo.io
Username: Your entire luongo.io email address (including @luongo.io)
Password: Your password
Security: SSL/TLS
